Multitvita is a subsidiary of the Croatian company PharmaS. Multivita produces vitamins and biologically active additives for a healthy lifestyle. The company's goal is to be an expert in concern for people's health.
Multivita already had the site, but it has low conversion and didn’t respond to new requirements. The company hired us to redevelop and rebuild its website.
Redesign the old-fashion unusable site to meet the business goal — make a more recognizable brand and inspire confidence
I conducted UX research for the project, analyzed old sites and competitors, provided The Five Elements design framework, and designed the homepage UI.
As a UX designer, I chose a framework based on The five elements of design for this project and had begun with strategy.At this stage, I interviewed stakeholders to understand the goals, analyzed the content and structure of the current version of the sight, analyzed competitors, and defined strategy based on gathered data.
To define strategy I needed to find-out some core aspects about business, users and the product. Interviewing stakeholders I answered key questions that helped me to define content strategy.
During the Scope stage I have considered the type of content I want to include on the site. I wanted to include more useful content for the user, so I decided to give more space for useful articles with bits of advice from professional medics and nutritionists. In that way, we could include advice about vitamins in articles organically

In the Surface stage to find a new look and feel for the site, UI/UX designer Yevgeniy Yefimchuk and I tried many different concepts
The stakeholders choose the design variant that represents the new voice of the brand and best fits their vision for the product
Project manager Kirill Andruschuk and I communicated with stakeholders throughout the process and presented all steps of our work.
